Autoglass®, the UK’s leading vehicle glass repair, replacement and recalibration (VGRRR) specialist, has retained its three-year contract as the preferred supplier for Wincanton, a leading British supply chain solutions company.
The new contract, which went live on 1st March 2021, will see Autoglass® continue to offer fleet checks and its glass repair, replacement and recalibration services to Wincanton’s 3,500-strong fleet of vehicles, plus the company car fleet for the next three years.
Autoglass® was awarded the renewal following a competitive tender process. The past three years of excellent service and operational benefits which have demonstrated a significant improvement in vehicular downtime were highlighted as key differentiators in the selection process.
Another key factor in Autoglass® retaining the business was the unique business support team who centrally manage the day-to-day requirements of the account, providing greater consistency, job tracking and communication for Wincanton.
