Our National Skills Centre in Birmingham was the first ever automotive glazing training centre accredited by Thatcham and the Institute of the Motor Industry (IMI). It provides every technician at Autoglass® with a rigorous training programme, so they can give you the highest quality workmanship.
Training isn’t just a business imperative, it’s a passion for excellence: we invest in continuous skills development and helped design the industry-leading IMI ADAS accreditation, alongside key industry organisations including Thatcham.

We offer a lifetime guarantee on our vehicle glass work (both the parts we fit and our repair and installation workmanship). This provides peace of mind for as long as you own the vehicle or are responsible for maintaining it.
The IMI audit us twice a year to certify that our technicians meet the necessary standards for best practice in the auto glazing sector, including ADAS recalibration. This ensures technical training remains in line with ever-evolving technology, which is of growing importance given the extensive use of ADAS in the UK.
Top quality glass
We’re committed to using the highest quality parts to minimise risk for our partners and maximise safety for customers. When we replace a windscreen, we only use glass manufactured to OEM standards, whether sourced from OEMs or other suppliers. This makes sure the glass we fit is the same quality as the original we’re replacing. We always purchase replacement glass from the companies who supply the original glass to the world’s leading car manufacturers.
Meeting all the latest standards
Autoglass meets the BS10125 standard for glass replacement and repair, which states that the people and processes involved in structural or safety repair must be accredited by a recognised body. We also hold the ISO 9001:2000 Certification of Quality Assurance.
Health and safety
All technicians working for Autoglass® wear the correct PPE to ensure compliance with both your workplace health and safety policy, and regulation 4 of the 1992 Health & Safety Act. What’s more, they also follow a process to isolate the vehicle when it is being worked on, both for their own safety and that of your customers. To meet the ongoing challenges of Covid-19 our service adheres to Covid-secure practices and is contactless and socially distanced.

You’ll have access to a dedicated business manager who’ll help you do business with us in the way that suits you best.
