Our Responsible Business Insights Report 2022 is here!

We put being responsible at the heart of our business. It stems from our values, is reinforced by our culture, and lies at the heart of our common purpose: Making a difference with real care. This report explains the steps we have taken and the progress we have made to ensure we are caring for our people, customers, the communities we operate in, and the wider environment.

From recycling 100% of our glass waste and globally raising over 2.2 million euros for Afrika Tikkun, to winning a British Safety Council International Safety Award, we made significant progress in 2022 thanks to the hard work and caring attitude of our colleagues.

We are immensely proud of our progress so far, but we know there is always more to be done. Looking ahead, we’ll continue reviewing our processes to ensure we are operating responsibly and working hard to achieve our ambitious goals.
