Celebrating 25 years of the Spirit of Belron Challenge

Colleagues across Belron have once again come together to move with purpose, raising more than €2.4 million for our global charity partner, Afrika Tikkun.

The 25th Spirit of Belron Challenge has drawn to a close – and this year’s event has demonstrated once again what can be achieved when colleagues across our global business come together for a shared cause.

Across 33 countries, colleagues walked, ran, cycled and found their own ways to get moving, collectively travelling an incredible 347,469 kilometres.

Their efforts helped raise more than €2.4 million for Afrika Tikkun, Belron’s global charity partner, supporting its work with young people and communities in South Africa.

Making every kilometre count

Here in Belron UK, colleagues made a fantastic contribution to the global total, travelling 14,976 kilometres throughout the Challenge.

Every kilometre completed generated a €1 donation from Belron, turning the efforts of colleagues across the UK into further support for Afrika Tikkun.

But the Spirit of Belron Challenge has always been about more than the distance travelled. It’s an opportunity for colleagues around the world to come together, support one another and make a meaningful difference.

Creating brighter futures together

For 25 years, the Challenge has demonstrated the power of collective action – bringing people together behind an important cause and helping create opportunities for young people in South Africa.

We’re incredibly proud of everyone across Belron UK who played a part this year, whether they took on their own challenge, joined colleagues for an activity, donated, volunteered or supported others along the way.
