Autoglass® was pleased to join clients, partners and industry colleagues at the I Love Claims Exclusive Motor Claims Conference, sharing insights and discussing some of the key opportunities and challenges shaping the motor claims sector.

Bringing together organisations from across the industry, the conference provided an important opportunity to exchange ideas, explore emerging trends and consider how innovation can help the sector respond to the changing needs of vehicles and drivers.
Representing Autoglass®, our Commercial Director, Ian Rowlands, took to the stage to share our perspective on the evolving vehicle glass and ADAS landscape – including the growing importance of safe and accurate recalibration.
Responding to a changing vehicle landscape
Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) are playing an increasingly important role in modern vehicles, with cameras and sensors supporting safety features designed to aid drivers and help prevent collisions.
When a windscreen containing an ADAS camera is replaced, these systems need to be accurately recalibrated to manufacturer requirements. MRP Overview
As ADAS becomes increasingly commonplace, the challenge for the industry is not only how to deliver recalibration accurately, but how to do so in a way that reduces disruption and creates a more convenient experience for drivers.
Taking ADAS recalibration mobile
During the conference, Ian showcased Mobile Recalibration Pro (MRP), our pioneering approach to mobile ADAS recalibration.
Co-developed with Bosch, MRP uses advanced body-scanning technology and AI-powered software to measure the precise positioning of ADAS cameras, before projecting digital targets aligned to the vehicle. The technology has been designed to deliver OEM-level quality on-site. MRP Overview
By bringing recalibration closer to the vehicle, MRP can help reduce unnecessary vehicle movement and downtime while providing greater convenience for drivers – without compromising the safety and accuracy required from this increasingly important service.
Continuing the industry conversation
Events such as the Exclusive Motor Claims Conference give us an invaluable opportunity to listen to our partners, share knowledge and discuss how we can collectively respond to the challenges facing the motor claims sector.
A big thank you to I Love Claims for bringing the industry together, and to everyone who attended Ian’s session and joined the conversation.
We look forward to continuing to work with our partners to explore how technology, innovation and collaboration can help create safer, simpler and more convenient experiences for drivers.
